From Jamaica to

Dr. Denise Nicholson grew up in Jamaica, West Indies and migrated to Mount Vernon, New York as a teenager. She became a teenage mother — and then she refused to let that be the end of her story.
Today she holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Pace University, is a licensed Nurse Practitioner, a bestselling author, keynote speaker, and the founder of Bold Publishings — a company that has guided over 200 authors to publication across 50+ platforms worldwide.
Her belief is simple: no one can share your story better than you. Her mission is to make sure more people get the chance to share it.
