About Me
Dr. Denise Nicholson is the co-founder of Knitted Together, a women’s empowerment organisation. Knitted Together specializes in healing from past traumas through therapeutic storytelling and custom tailored programs.
Denise is also the founder of an organization, Seeds of Opportunity. A non-for-profit organization that provides services to children in need and gives them a chance to reach new heights, by providing basic living needs and focusing on enhancing their education.
Denise is an inspirational an insightful speaker with the gift of storytelling. She is a native of Jamaica, West Indies and migrated to Mount Vernon, New York as a teenager. She became a teenage mother who then overcame many obstacles to become a graduate of Pace University. Denise is a licence Nurse Practitioner, Author and Entrepreneur.

Writer’s Incubator
The Writer’s Incubator is an intimate community for aspiring Authors that will get you and your story into shape and on track. This community is open to motivated storytellers, who are invested in getting their voices heard by creating an online blog, start a podcast or publish your very first book.
Mentorship
A teacher changed my life. Ms. Attaberry. She saw something in me and helped me to focus on my natural gifts of writing and telling intriguing stories.
She also encouraged me to join the Red Cross when I was in elementary school. This decision helped me years later when I was deciding who I wanted to be. The time we spent together helped to shape me into who I am today; a doctor of nursing practice, an author, a teacher, a healer, an inspirational speaker and I help my mentees do the same. I spend most of my days encouraging others and guiding them to meet their goals. You too have a natural talent, something that you are absolutely good at that can make you a very good income. During this time we will talk exclusively about your gifts and ambitions and the best ways for you to attain joy, and happiness and make money; keys to ultimate success.
